To use the Touchpoint system – add the capacity score and the interest score together. Multiply that sum by two. That number becomes the target to hit annually for that donor. For example…

Michael Erwin – Interest = 4, Capacity = 3. Donor Rating = (4+3) * 2 = 7 * 2 = 14.
